*Tall Engraved names of your chose on a white background up to 6 Names - please message on additional names will add additional charge and reduce font size.

*You can choose to add a house number or Initial to house options 

*Pick remaining house choices to equal 3 or 5 house set

These are made to order and customized for you. Please allow 5 -7 days to process your order for before pick up or shipping. Usually things are ready sooner but if we run into demand issues this give us some time to finish.

NOTE: Colors may vary depending on your screen settings. "Engraved Names" and "Party of" Houses are White  

All Roof options will be stained unless house is stained and then white color will be added to contrast in color selected. if you would like Black ( 3 house photo shows Black Roof on Stain) please add to notes on final field at check out. Otherwise Designer will choose based on options selected.
